Job Overview

Vision Tact is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, amplify our brand voice, and drive lead generation across global markets. The role involves designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that position Vision Tact as a thought leader in AI, Automation, and Data Science.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Business Development, Design, and R&D — to develop impactful marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads through multi-channel digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

  • Optimize paid and organic strategies for lead generation, traffic growth, and engagement.

  • Manage company social media profiles and digital communities — ensuring consistent messaging and tone aligned with Vision Tact’s brand.

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, SEO-optimized, and audience-focused marketing materials.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Implement marketing automation workflows and CRM-based lead nurturing strategies.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.

  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist and Web team to enhance on-page and off-page optimization.

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports and insights on campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Tools

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns (PPC, SEM, Display, Social Ads)

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz)

  • Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, or ActiveCampaign)

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and content coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, remote, and hybrid environments


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage

  • Portfolio or track record of managing successful multi-channel digital campaigns

  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, or technology-sector marketing will be highly valued
