Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of our business projects and initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technology by understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. Your ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex concepts into actionable insights will be essential to our strategic decision-making and project success.


  • Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.

Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.

Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

  • Process Modeling and Improvement:

Model and document current and future state business processes using techniques such as flowcharts and process diagrams.

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process optimization and improvement.

Recommend and design streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Solution Design and Documentation:

Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive solution design.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and mock-ups for software development projects.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and inform decision-making.

Create and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress against set targets.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments.

Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.

  • Change Management:

Assist in developing change management strategies to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.

Provide training and support to end-users during system rollouts and transitions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of business analysis practices within the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with process modelling and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are desirable.
