We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and enhancing our marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of design expertise, innovation, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines across all design projects, including but not limited to logos, typography, colour palettes, and graphic elements.
  2. Print and Digital Design: Create compelling graphics for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and more.
  3. Marketing Collateral: Design promotional materials that effectively communicate our products, services, and brand message. This includes designing marketing campaigns, advertisements, event materials, and presentations.
  4. Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  5. Illustration: Develop custom illustrations and icons to enhance visual storytelling and engage audiences.
  6. Photo Editing: Enhance and retouch images, photos, and other visual assets including but not limited to infographics, and designing carousel posts for LinkedIn to ensure high-quality presentation.
  7. Typography and Layout: Implement effective typography and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing and easily readable designs.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to ensure designs align with overall strategic goals.
  9. Conceptualization: Generate creative ideas and concepts for various design projects, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  10. Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to continually improve and elevate design quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design and web design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and a drive to produce exceptional visual content.

Location: Work from home (Remote)
