Responsibilities:

• System Design and Implementation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design robust, scalable, and efficient IT systems.

Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and networking solutions to meet project objectives.

Lead the implementation of system upgrades, installations, and configurations.

• System Monitoring and Performance:

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

Perform regular system performance tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency and response times.

Generate and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve complex system issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Provide timely technical support to address incidents and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.

• Security and Compliance:

Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems and data from unauthorized access or breaches.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and assist with audits and assessments.

• Documentation and Training:

Create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionality and best practices.

• Project Management:

Participate in project planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Research and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in system engineering and analysis.

Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a System Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
