Privacy policy

What we collect when you contact us or apply for a role, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Who we are

Visiontact LLC, with offices at 801 Travis Street, Suite 2101, PMB 2203, Houston, TX 77002, United States. For anything in this policy, write to info@visiontact.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our two forms. The enquiry form takes your name, email address, and optionally your company and telephone number, together with the message you write. The job application form takes your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number, location, a link to your portfolio, a covering note and a CV.

We record the page you submitted from and the time you submitted it, and we store a one-way hash of your IP address — a fingerprint that lets us block repeated abuse without keeping the address itself.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not combine what you give us with data from anywhere else.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, or to consider your application. Nothing more. We ask for your consent before either form is submitted, and that consent is the only basis on which we hold what you sent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications and CVs are kept for the length of the recruitment process. Ask us to delete either at any time and we will.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, which delivers the message; our hosting and database provider, which stores it. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@visiontact.com and we will act within a month.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
