If you'd rather I delete all four for you, say so and I will — I've held off because deleting published content isn't something I want to do to your live database on inference. Same for the naming: if "Pages → Blog" versus "Blog" is going to keep catching you out, I can rename the first to something like "Blog page layout" so the two are impossible to confuse.
