Second fix, which is why it was so hard to read. A complaint about a field's name had no input of its own to sit under, so it showed only as "Needs attention" with nothing to tell you what was wrong. Expanding a flagged row now shows the actual reason in red at the top. Guarded against recurrence with five tests that put the default questions through the exact schema the save endpoint uses. That check would have caught this before you ever saw it — 361 tests pass now.
